Mission
To be an international hub that integrates young people into all aspects of Europe's work.;
to promote and advocate for an enabling atmosphere that promotes the active engagement and influence of young people in decision-making processes, as well as the recognition of youth-specific needs in all policy areas;
Without regard to race, ethnic origin, colour, gender, disability, special needs, socio-economic status, marital status, language, religious belief, or political opinion, to contribute to the achievement of European youth objectives by encouraging young people to collaborate with one another in a collaborative effort public and private actors to empower young people.
To serve as a platform for mobilising, blending, implementing, addressing, legitimising, using, and prioritising the voices and activities of young people in the development of youth;
To serve as a part of multivocality for youth in Turkey and Europe and to promote and expand, as required, cooperation to European countries and Turkey in advancing and accelerating their youth development strategies;
To serve as a centre for information on youth works, development, collecting, monitoring, analysing, and disseminating data, as well as exchanging experiences and best practices in youth-led development;
To build project plans and campaigns, as well as websites and online resources, so that young people could play a key role in achieving the European and Turkey youth development agendas and sustainable development;
