VAGEAD President emphasized the importance of building capacity for organizations for the quality implementation of international volunteering projects in the training he attended to improve volunteer management skills. He stated that volunteer management skills play a vital role in the execution of international volunteering projects, especially focused on the European Solidarity Corps (ESC).

The training was held in Weimar, Germany, on 20-26 October 2023. The target audience for this event consisted of representatives new to the ESC program or newcomers to the field of volunteer management (both new and experienced organization representatives).

Thanks to this training, VAGEAD President has increased his ability to strengthen his volunteer management skills and manage international volunteer projects more effectively. This helped VAGEAD to further consolidate its commitment to the successful execution of international volunteering projects.
