ESC Youth Worker Hatice Subaşı attended TOSCA Training in Belgium.

European Solidarity Corps: TOSCA – training and support program for organizations active in volunteering activities in the European Solidarity Corps, organized by the Belgian National Agency.
Hatice Subaşı has been chosen by the Turkish National Agency to represent Turkey in a specialized training course for the European Solidarity Corps. The training, which took place from October 16 to 20, 2023, in Oostende, Belgium, aimed to enhance the capacities of organizations engaged in volunteer projects under the European Solidarity Corps, ensuring the highest quality and impact in their respective initiatives.
 
The European Solidarity Corps is an EU initiative that offers young people opportunities to engage in volunteer work, gain valuable experience, and make a positive difference in communities across Europe. 
The course in Oostende, Belgium, brought together representatives from various European countries, all with a shared dedication to volunteering and community service. The primary goal of the training was to equip these organizations with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively plan and implement volunteering actions within the European Solidarity Corps framework.
 
This training initiative underscores the importance of international collaboration and knowledge sharing in the field of volunteering.
